De BIT-MSE-8K60D-104Pro is een 8K60 multi-screen extender die onafhankelijk is ontwikkeld door Bitvisus. Using this 4K60 HDMI matrix switch / video wall controller in a small surveillance setup. We run multiple NVR and PC outputs into the 4 HDMI inputs and send them to 4 monitors with different layouts. The arbitrary division and roaming overlay make it simple to build custom views for the operators, and seamless switching between sources looks clean with no black frames. Low power and fan noise are both a plus since the unit sits right on the desk.

We drive six screens for an indoor advertising wall and it keeps everything in sync. I like that we can stack multiple layers on top of each other and still keep the image clean. Fan noise is low and the unit is compact enough to hide in our rack.

We’re using this 5 input 9 output 2x3 / 2x4 video wall controller in a small security control room and it’s been rock solid. It takes our 4K sources over HDMI and DP and splits them to a 2x3 wall with no stretching or weird artifacts, just a clean 1080p picture on each screen. The 4K@60Hz support on the main input plus the 8K-ready HDMI 2.0 input is exactly what I was looking for when I searched for a “4K 8K HDMI video switcher for security monitoring.” Remote and RS232 control both work fine, so my team can change layouts quickly during shifts.
